OUR 6 STEP PROCESS

LEARN

The client is the first step to updating our consultants on the current issues the occupants and building are experiencing. This information from the client may lead to clues in identifying sources of contamination. We spend time with them on the phone and face to face to get familiar with everything we can about the present conditions of the building.

INVESTIGATE

We begin with the outside looking for water infiltration points. Inside, checking all water sources and other components of the structure to distinguish any proof of noticeable water harm or mold development. We check inside the HVAC systems/ ductwork and utilize technologies such as infrared cameras and moisture meters. Allowing us to see beyond the naked eye, within wall, floor and ceiling cavities for potential source areas that could be leading to poor indoor air quality.

TEST

After the inspection is performed, our Consultant will review and discuss all the areas of concern and suspect areas of contamination. Then they will develop a sampling strategy that is specific to what was discovered during the inspection to validate the presence of mold, mycotoxins, or other indoor pathogens.

ANALYZE

All samples are sent to third-party accredited laboratories for analysis. Upon receipt of the lab results, our team of consultants reviews the information and notes from the inspection.

REPORT

After each investigation, we will put together a detailed report with pictures of observations, test results, remediation protocols and considerations for next steps.

EDUCATE

This report is the action plan for next steps, it is very important that it is understood. We take the time to walk our clients through the report and lab results to make sure they understand what the next steps should be and answer any questions.

What they say about us
We had water coming in around the front window of the study that leak to the bottom of the wall. We had no idea where the water was coming from or how the water was getting in. Certified Mold Inspections came out and with their Infra-camara they were able to show us not only the extent of the damage but more importantly how it was coming in.
