OUR 6 STEP PROCESS

LEARN

You, the customer, are the most important asset we have with regards to understanding the current issue. We spend time with you on the phone and face to face to get familiar with everything we can about the present issue, in addition, some other possibly concealed issues you might be unaware of inside your home or building.

INVESTIGATE

With your perceptions as a guide, we use a group of specialists to give our very own total and intensive evaluation of the property. We begin with the outside and examine the landscaping, drainage, building envelope, and potential contamination. We at that point move inside to review all water sources (sinks, humidifiers, bathrooms) and other components of the structure to distinguish any proof of noticeable water harm or mold development.

TEST

Our testing methodologies and strategies give the full picture of what molds are present, where they have multiplied, and how they might influence your health. What kind of mold is developing? What types of molds are available? Do these species produce risky poisons that are attacking your indoor condition?

ANALYZE

After stages 1 and 2, we now have a good idea of where the issue began and how it has moved all through your property. Next, we use instruments like infrared cameras and moisture meters to affirm our theory and build up a custom testing technique. We take all the time that is necessary to explain every item contained in our extensive reports and what they mean for you and your family.

REPORT

Licensed research laboratories break down our samples and distinguish the sorts of molds or pathogens that are present in your home or building. Our confirmed specialists at that point survey the lab results, decide the different molds and pathogens that you have been presented to, and layout a particular organized arrangement on the best way to clean as well as expel the contaminants from your property.

EDUCATE

Next, we share with you our assessment of each issue and the general property. We clarify each source of the moisture interruption and how our readings show it has relocated all through your property. When you have a strong comprehension of our underlying discoveries we share our suggested testing system, and together we choose how to continue.

What they say about us
We had water coming in around the front window of the study that leak to the bottom of the wall. We had no idea where the water was coming from or how the water was getting in. Certified Mold Inspections came out and with their Infra-camara they were able to show us not only the extent of the damage but more importantly how it was coming in.
