Our focus is to help guide those with complex medical issues back to health through the environmental assessment of their homes and buildings. We identify sources of mold, mycotoxins, and other indoor environmental pathogens, then create roadmaps for restoration, continued maintenance, and proper re-build and design.

Certified Mold Inspections has been performing indoor air quality testing for over a decade. Every indoor air quality inspection and assessment project is personally supervised and conducted by a trained Certified Mold Inspector and Certified Indoor Environmentalist committed to providing the highest in standards of skill and practice in the mold inspection profession.  We use a wealth of technology to assist in this process and send all samples to a third party accredited lab to provide you with the most accurate results.

What separates us from our competitors is our detailed inspection process and thorough follow up report. After each investigation we will put together a detailed report with pictures of observations, test results, remediation protocols and considerations for next steps.

Our thorough and detail oriented inspection process are set to achieve two goals.

Identify the Source Areas: Are there current or previous conditions in the building that are allowing for mold and other indoor pathogens to grow?

Identify Cross Contamination: How are these source areas dispersing or cross-contaminating the general living spaces and/or heating and air conditioning systems?

Understanding these two components is extremely important. This gives us a picture of the whole home and allows us to set the necessary remediation strategy and next step action items.

ALL remediation projects big or small should be performed by a licensed & certified to mold remediation company. They should be using botanical products, proper engineering controls, and building science to ensure that the sources of contaminations are being removed in a manner that will not cause additional damage and cross-contamination to the building.

Additionally, it is important to work with a mold remediation company that truly understands working with all clients, especially individuals that are hypersensitive to their built environment.

Finding a company that understands the technical nuances needed to perform remediation for individuals with CIRS, Lyme Disease, Mycotoxin Exposure, etc is very difficult.
